Quartet are in for ‘Treat’
Friday, November 10th, 2006

Brian Cox, Anna Paquin, Dylan Baker and Leslie Bibb are set to star in horror pic “Trick ‘r Treat,” which Bryan Singer is producing for Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros. through his Bad Hat Harry Prods.

Michael Dougherty, who co-wrote Singer’s “Superman Returns” and “X2,” penned the screenplay for “Trick” and will helm in his directorial debut. Lensing begins Thursday in Vancouver.

Singer, intrigued by Dougherty’s script, signed onto the project and will be on the set throughout production. Story is set on Halloween night in a town where those who break the rules of the holiday do so at their own peril.

Legendary’s Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni and William Fey are exec producing with Dougherty and longtime writing partner Dan Harris (“X2,” “Superman Returns”). Bad Hat Harry’s Alex Garcia also exec produces.

Project reunites Singer with two of his “X-Men” stars, Cox and Paquin. Cox, in theaters with “Running With Scissors,” also stars in the upcoming “Zodiac.”

“Trick ‘r Treat” was a project developed by Legendary, which has a co-financing and co-production deal with Warner Bros. Legendary worked with Singer when partnering with Warners on “Superman Returns.”

Dougherty is repped by William Morris Agency and Quattro Media.

welcome to the relaunch of anna-paquin.net
Sunday, November 5th, 2006

It took a little longer than I had hoped but welcome to Anna Paquin Online, the relaunch and expanded of what once was the getyourfix site dedicated to Anna Paquin known as That Paquin Girl.

For now the gallery just features photos from films and theatre projects of Anna’s, but I will be fixing that as soon as I get a little more time off from work. This site will have exclusive scans, pictures, and magazine articles. The goal is make this site the only Anna site you will ever need. Take a look around and I hope you enjoy the site. If there’s anything you’d like to contribute, feel free to let me know at contactATanna-paquin.net.

I never usually do this when I open new sites, but I just want to say thank you to the people who kept telling me I should just do it after I’d been contemplating it for so long. You guys know who you are.
