There is news floating around about Trick ‘R Treat getting a DVD and Blu-Ray release later this year, and even an updated trailer for the film. However, the writer and director of the film, Mike Dougherty, has said the news “isn’t accurate, and that there will be two announcements in the coming months. One in early June at the Fangoria Weekend of Horrors in NYC, and the other at Comic Con in late July.”

So like any “news” in regards to the film the past couple years (yes, years. sadly), I would take anything going around about a release with a grain of salt until the two announcements that Mike has said are coming since it is HIS film after all.
