I wouldn’t normally post this, but this is the second time in two weeks I’ve heard about scans that were scanned for this site popping up another, both times being the same site. I am tired of seeing magazine scans that are for this site only popping up on other fansites or forums, with no credit to this site or with the tags cropped off. I put a lot of money into magazines for this site and it’s really discouraging to constantly see and hear that they’re on forums or other sites. With the exception of a rare few that have been donated, I have spent money on every magazine scan that you find on this site, even ones that are from other countries. I still have other magazines that I need to scan for the site, but it’s discouraging to constantly see hard work that is for this site elsewhere and that makes me not want to bother scanning anything else because what’s the point in putting in the time for this site when another site will just grab the scans and claim them as their own.

Hun am so sorry to hear you are a victim of this bullshit – that is so wrong on so many levels and I too hate when other DISRESPECTFUL site owners do that shit to those of us who bust our own asses to get content and images for our sites which is meant for our site –

If they had enough balls to steal your images and content – they should have enough balls to contact you first to ask you for your permission to use ya own site content and images on their own sites and forums –

I too am tired of these bastards going around ripping off other sites…I feel your frustration and anger deeply as if it is happening to me and it has many times before and usually by the same site (you know which one)…I feel the same site which ripped me off in the past is working with this same site who is now ripping you off as well…

You should enable NO RIGHT CLICK on your site – it will help in theft of your own site property…

Hugz & Kissez Hun – you are not alone in this as others are very aware of what is going on and they (including me) too are very fed up with this bullshit as well…do not worry hun as what goes around comes back around and in ten fold – they shall get what they truly deserve in the end…this I promise you ((((WARM HUGZ))))

I’m sorry to hear this! I know exactly where you’re coming from as I too like to have original scans and spend the most money when it comes to running a fansite on buying the magazines. It’s just blatantly unfair, ungrateful, disrespectful and low-character to not appreciate the effort it takes to provide these scans and to just steal them!

Just burns my bacon to read this!! Have you gone after the posters on these other locations? Stealing has become so commonplace online that millions of people simply don’t see what they’re doing as unethical, immoral or illegal. This broad-spectrum complacency is a malignancy of global society. How do some publications prevent their published images and videos from being copied though? I’ve encountered this and often wondered if it’s a big-deal (meaning takes special programming or code) and if it’s something you and other forum owner can use. I’m bummed to hear of your plight and wish I could help. I agree completely with your sentiments and outrage.
