In 1994, Anna recorded an audio version of The Magnificent Nose And Other Marvels by Anna Fienberg. She narrated the four stories Lindalou, Andy Umm, Ignatius Binz, and Valentina Lookwell. The audio CD also featured songs based on the stories by Tim Finn (Crowded House). The reading was recorded at Marmalade Studios, Wellington, New Zealand. It was produced by Diana Manson and engineered by Bruno Barrett-Garnier. The CD is out of print, though copies can be found on eBay from time to time. In 1994, Anna filmed several commercials for networkMCI [Canada] for their long distance and internet services. They were filmed after she won her Academy Award and at the time her parents did not want her to have a film career. The commercials featured her walking on a beach and selling the service.
