Two versions of the film will be included, the 2.5 hour theatrical cut and the 3 hour director’s cut.

Sunday, January 22nd, 2012The International Cinephile Society have announced their 2012 Award nominations and Anna was nominated for Best Actress for Margaret. The film was also nominated for Best Picture, Best Supporting Actress (J. Smith-Cameron), Best Original Screenplay and Best Ensemble. The winners will be announced on February 21, 2012.

Thursday, January 19th, 2012The London Film Critics Circle Awards announced their winners today, and Anna tied with Meryl Streep for Actress Of The Year. Congratulations to Anna!
Margaret In Los Angeles And Pleasantville.
Wednesday, January 11th, 2012Margaret will be back in Los Angeles for one week starting on January 27th at the Cinefamily theatre. For tickets and theatre location, please visit their site.
The film will also be in Pleasantville, NY for one day on January 18th for three screenings at the Jacob Burns Film Center.

Thursday, December 29th, 2011As stated in the previous post, Margaret is back in NYC at Cinema Village. It will be screening at the theatre through January 5th and starting tomorrow, December 30th, the film will be showing four times daily at 1:00p, 3:50p, 6:40p and 9:30p. If you’re in the area, buy your ticket(s) early as some showings have been selling out.
Margaret will also be in Vancouver starting January 1st at The Vancity Theatre for one screening a day at 8pm. Online ticket ordering for the film can be found here.
